MARC room blocks are available at three conveniently located hotels in downtown Madison:
- Embassy Suites by Hilton Madison Downtown — the official MARC Conference hotel! This brand-new hotel is a 4-minute walk from Monona Terrace. One-bedroom suites with either one king bed or two queen beds are available at the MARC rate of $199/night (plus state and local taxes). - Hilton Madison Monona Terrace — This hotel is connected via skywalk to Monona Terrace. Standard rooms with either one king bed or two queen beds are available at the MARC rate of $209/night (plus state and local taxes). Guests can also call Hilton reservations at 800-445-8667 or call the hotel directly at 608-255-5100 and reference the group code 95R.
- Best Western Premier Park Hotel — Located on the Capitol Square, the Park hotel is a 7-minute walk from Monona Terrace. Rooms are available at the MARC rate of $229/night for traditional rooms with one or two beds, $239/night for deluxe rooms with one or two beds, and $329/night for king suites (plus state and local taxes).
The reservation cut-off date for all hotels is Thursday, May 14, 2026, so please book your room ASAP!
Getting to Madison
Flying
Dane County Regional Airport (airport code MSN) is minutes from downtown Madison and offers more than 95 daily arrivals and departures. A growing list of direct, non-stop service flights makes getting to Madison easier than ever. Once you arrive at MSN, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to downtown hotels and Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center.
Flying into another city? Getting to Madison from Chicago and Milwaukee is easy. Hop on a Van Galder bus right from Chicago O’Hare or a Badger Bus if coming from the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.
