Are MARC sessions open to everyone?
No, you must be a registered conference attendee.
Can I bring my wife/husband/significant other to the receptions and meals?
Yes, to the events you registered them for, however, not all meals are included. Name badges are required to enter the events.
Do you have a lost and found?
Items found in the sessions are typically returned to the MARC registration desk. These items will be held until the end of the conference and then they will be given to the hotel's lost and found.
Will we have access to the internet?
There is free wireless high speed internet access in the Lobby. You will also receive a code upon registration at the hotel for free internet access in your room.
Can I leave a message for someone attending the conference?
Attendees can be reached during registration hours by calling the MARC registration desk. This number will be listed on the MARC webpage on or about
June 5, 2010
. Messages will then be posted on a message board located near the MARC registration desk.
Why is it important to wear a badge?
Your badge is your ticket into the sessions and meals. It demonstrates that you have paid your registration fees and have registered with MARC. You will not be able to enter any MARC events or sessions without your badge.
SPEAKER/PRESENTATION
Do I need to register as a speaker?
Yes. All participants must have a name badge to be in the MARC sessions. Speakers must pay the registration fee and should use the regular registration form.
Who do I give my power point presentation to?
Presenters for the MARC sessions should send their presentations in a Microsoft format to our MARC registration staff (

If you register online, you will receive an email confirmation once the registration process is complete. A list of attendees will be available on the MARC webpage. If you are not on the list, you are not registered.
